In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the damage visible. Claims cannot be reviewed without video proof.

For your peace of mind, we kindly recommend recording a continuous video while opening your parcel upon arrival.
